Yet many people assume they know how to make decisions if only they have all the relevant information available. However, making it your goal to better your decision making skills in an ongoing way is sure to advance your career in the knowledge economy. The organizational landscape is a one page cheat sheet that will enable you to focus on what is important when you have to make a decision, and to pursue the correct goals that will enhance the overall success of the organization.
If you want to prepare for this session so you can have questions and comments ready, you can obtain a copy of the framework at the Van Thinking Website beforehand.
