Dear self,
At different stages in life LOVE means different.
For a baby LOVE means care, affection, protection and trust;
For an adolescent LOVE means infatuation, attraction;
For a youth LOVE means a statement of his life, his/her identity;
For one who is looking for a life partner LOVE means commitment;
For married, parent LOVE means responsibility, trust and sharing;
And as you grow old LOVE starts meaning all this and companionship, care & forgiveness.
At every age and stage LOVE keeps changing its meaning. The rules for LOVE also change as we go through these stages.
What remains same is our expectations, dependence and desire for LOVING and BEING LOVED.
If you go deep into the state of silence LOVE is discovered as oneness of two beings. Let us explore what are the “Rules of LOVE” in our tomorrow’s Advance SSY class.
