About the Class:
Web 2.0 is facilitating change. Some of these changes are the way people connect, reach out, and stay connected with others. Whether you are in business, teaching, development, research, or just want to experiment, you can have your own space in the web. We all have things worth sharing, experiences, stories, anecdotes which can enlighten or brighten up other peoples' lives, things that can be useful to others. This is the spirit which moves Connecting Online .... connecting, sharing, reaching out... sharing what you know, what you would like to know, and how you use technology for personal and professional reasons. How will we do this?

Join Cristina Costa, Doris Molero da Martins, Gladys Ledwith, Minhaaj Ur Reyman and Nellie Deutsch as they faciliate your online connection. These live online sessions will provide you with a chance to voice your ideas, add comments, ask questions, and learn. Remember the main goal of Connecting Online is to connect in order to share!

Hi, this is Richard Green, with his student from the Sudan, wondering what you to do to log-on, where, for a conference that is supposed to take place in 1 and a half hours. Just wondering if there is any need to test to make sure my audio is in place. Thank you, Ricardo

Nellie. I had no idea you recorded the session! I am just now on Slide 14 listening to my presentation of how Drani and I learned to adjust the video and audio before going online last Friday! That was a learning experience to be remembered, thank you for recording this! I will share it with Drani. Just now, you are gearing up for another session and I am in Flushing, Queens, with time to kill waiting for my evening session to begin, so, let's see if I can make it and join you momentarily! IF not, I look forward to joining with Gladys again on Friday! Richard Green
