Profile Summary
Adit earned his MBA from New York Institute of Technology in general management. After MBA, he hold management positions with various companies and moved to North Carolina in 2006 with his family where he worked as a project manager for Morgan Stanley. He left his executive position with Target Corporation to volunteer for social change and to pursue Doctoral program at Walden University. He is a founder of Himalayan Voice Community, an organization geared towards protecting our climate change. He is an active partner at leading Canadian graphic design firm that won an award for most innovative small business at Osaka Japan in 2003. He is now an adviser for Guide Point Global, First Command Financial and an active member of National Association for Business Economics (NABE). In 2002, he started a micro loan program geared toward social change in South East Nepal. He currently works with local business owners and volunteers at Mercy Corps as micro mentor to young entrepreneurs and small business owners. He has published numerous business articles and currently working on his book on social entrepreneurship.
