About the Class

One purpose of physics is to study of the motion of the objects-how fast they move,for example how fart hey move in a given amount of time.NASCAR engineers are fanatical about this aspect of physics as they determine the performance of their cars before and a during a race.Geolist use this physics to measure tectonic-plate motion as they attempt to predict earthquakes. Medical reserchers need this physics to map the blood flow through a patient when diagnosing a partialy closed artery, motorists use it to derermine how they might slow sufficiently when their radar detectors sounds a warning. There are countless other examples. In this session we study the basics physics of motion where the objects moves along a single axis. The session would cover; 1. Motion 2.Position and displacement 3.Average velocity and Average Speed 4.Instantaneous velocity and speed 5.Acceleration 6.Constant acceleration 7. Free-Fall acceleration 8. Graphical Integration in Motion Analysis.

Hi,I m Premaratne Wickramarachchi, an engineering graduate who passed out from University of Moratuwa. Although currently I m working as a project manager, teaching is the my passion. I conducted face to face physics classes before becoming online lecturer.
I m a civil engineer who has been practicing structural designs for more than 5 years.
I have been working as a project manager for last 3 years who has been practicing project management.
and also I have been lecturing AutoCAD in highly reputed institutes since 2002. Further, I have been teaching mathematics for NCC,BIT courses.Recently I started face to face classes for General English.
