About the Class

The history of the Internet boom will repeat itself, enabling a whole new economy on the mobile web. It is just a matter of time. And, we believe the time to engage is now.

Smart phones such as the iPhone, Android, Palm Pre and Blackberry view websites just as you would on your computer. However the mobile web device has limits and more importantly, the mobile web user has different needs. This is why there has been an enormous surge in interest to develop consumer focused websites that switch and conform to a mobile-enabled site that contains a more aesthetic and navigable interface for their smaller, touch screens.

In this introductory session we will discuss the various ways to leverage the technologies to put your internet presence into the hands of millions of users the right way. It is really easier than most people assume.

With the mobile web growing at a rate 8 times faster than the web itself, we will also focus on those things you can do to get to the top of the mobile search engines of Google, MSN, etc. as well as mobile-centric social networking integration.

Audience: Those desiring to learn about how to get their presence on the mobile web and get noticed.

Fee: This is a free class.

Language of instruction: English

Keywords: iphone, mobile web, mobile marketing, mobile websites, blackberry, mobile seo
