About the Class

One of the most difficult things to get right in recruitment is the job advertisement. Describing the opening, highlighting the type of experience and qualifications needed, and outlining the benefits package, all in 200 words or less, can leave the most effective communicator frustrated and confused. A successful advertisement should speak not only appeal to the job hunter currently looking for a job actively, but at the same time draw on talented passive candidates.

Brend is an expert in HR Industry practices especially those related to Japan. Now, you can join Brend''s interactive session on WiZiQ to learn about effective job advertisements.

I am very excited about this session. I am sure HR professionals and all managers who give the JD''s to HR people, would benefit a lot from this session. Also, the teachers who teach effective writing could use it as an interesting exercise in their classes as well.
