As per continuation of last few class, we see how businessmen start recording entries in journal, then posting in to ledger, and how to carried forward balance of past years and balances of continuing year's transfer to trial balance. Now in this class we will learn how to transfer balances of trial balance in trading account, profit & loss account and balance sheet. How to get profit or loss of particular year and to show position of assets & liabilities of particular year.
