I totally agree with George as the hour I spent was very worthwhile. Phrasal verbs are quite confusing even for teachers in English who aren't native speakers. I was wondering why we could say "I gave it up" but not "I gave smoking up", but today I learnt why. The lessons really caught up my attention as I didn't feel like "learning grammar" but finally it took me ended up understanding the concepts in practical terms. Thank you very much madam, for you efforts on producing such quality lesson. Keep up the good work madam, and have a nice weekend!

I sat in on Anne's class today and found her to be a charming teacher. She was well prepared and had plenty of material to support her class. She even clearly stated the goals and objectives right at the beginning! What a simple, novel and "old fashioned" idea. I actually felt an air of expectation as she developed the class time is such a way that it seemed like a conductor of an orchestra building to a climax. Ok, maybe I overstated the excitement ;-) I recommend her to anyone working on their English who needs a simple logical approach to basic English or for refining your intermediate skills. This was a basic class so I can't speak to advanced learners but, I am sure she would be fine there also. Thanks Anne, for bringing one more great teaching style to our community at WIZIQ.
