An exploration into the modalities of the fast growing informal working sector ('off-record') of Africa for effectively integrating of ICT.
The presentation assesses the preparedness and lapses currently pertaining on the continent of which needs to de re-dressed, using the tool (re-engineering African enterprises scheme), prior to global changing working operations.
The paper projects that African based enterprises (small businesses) must re-engineer their processes to align with global changing trading methods in order to become the economic hub, for the achievement of an accelerated continental economic growth.
