Grieve and Loss Public Class

About the Class

This is a seminar class. The class will focus on the grieve process and learning to let go of loss. The class is designed as a lecture/group discussion on the topic. Participants will have an opportunity to share their grief and learn how others are dealing with a significant lost. Individuals who are experiencing depression and/or having difficult with acceptance of losing someone or something close to you should attend the class.
