Bhagavad Gita, expounded thousands of years ago by the master management Guru Bhagawan Sri Krishna, enlightens us on all managerial techniques which lead to a harmonious and blissful state of affairs inside against conflicts, tensions, low efficiency and least productivity, absence of motivation and lack of work culture etc, common to most of us today.

This session primarily focuses on Stress Management. It would not only provide deep insights into the problem but also an appropriate approach to solve the same. In today's world the word stress has a household word. From a small child to a big executive,fom arickshaw puller to a millionare every body is reeling under it's pressure. But according to Hindu scriptures Stress is energy created in body and mind and if properly managed can help anyone in improving their performance. Through this seminar, we are trying to help people all over and corporate sector in particular to overcome the negative effects of stress and make their life blissful. Stress Management encompasses techniques intended to equip a person with effective coping mechanisms for dealing with psychological stress. Stress management is effective when a person utilizes strategies to cope with or alter stressful situations. This session cum workshop will awaken your inner self and empower you to deal with stress efficiently.
About the presenter: HG Kamala Lochan Prabhu
International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), better known as the Hare Krishna movement, is comprised of more than 350 centers, 60 rural communities, 50 schools and 60 restaurants worldwide. The mission of this nonsectarian and monotheistic movement is to promote the well being of society by teaching the science of Krishna consciousness according to Bhagavad Gita and other ancient scriptures.

H.G. Kamal Lochan Prabhu Das, an eminent speaker from ISKCON would deliver this session on Stress Management, linking it to Krishna consciousness. Kamal Lochan Das is a Marine Engineer by profession. Presently, he is heading the Mira Road, Bombay chapter of ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness). For the last 10 years he is conducting seminars on stress management, personality development and other relevant topics all across the country. He has recently conducted classes on stress management, leadership development, memory and concentration for students and yoga for modern age in a week -long seminar on practical applications of Bhagavad Gita at Hare Krishna Dham.

• Stress Management = Survival • Eliminate Unnecessary Stresses • End unhealthy relationships (friendships, partnerships, whatever). • Reduce the noise level around you. • Let go of "obligations" that you have outgrown or no longer choose to fulfill. • Avoid any use of alcohol or drugs that ends up costing you in terms of financial security, relationships, school or job performance, self respect, etc. • Prevent "last minute anxiety" - Plan ahead for studying, writing papers, etc. Use a daytimer and stick to your plans. • Reduce exposure to stressful world events you can do nothing about.
