Human Resource Management: Basic Concepts Public Class

About the Class

On Dec. 17, 2009, I took my first session on Organization Behaviour. The attendees of the class acted as the management team. Together, we framed our case study’s main character Joe, his Biographical details and his personality.
The participants admired Joe’s confidence; Edwin called him intelligent; Vinodita Madam called him well-dressed, Dr. Beena Agarwal liked the confident look on his smiling face; Mohamed M. Hagag talked about Joe’s good personality, and how smart and organized he looked in the picture. Subbarao Raikar went on to call Joe quite socially upgraded. We all decided Joe to be Single, 25 years of age and very social. We concluded that we need to keep a check on his rate of turnover and absenteeism; and rated him average on Job satisfaction. We matched a variety of Intellectual abilities with various job profiles and found a good work profile for Joe. Now, before assigning a suitable designation to Joe, the management team must give him some lessons in Human Resource Management.
