Steps to become a successful reservations & eticketing Agents
There are three basic steps required for an aspiring candidate to successfully become an Airlines Reservations and eTicketing Agents.
Join Course 1 and complete thorough Airlines GDS/CRS Reservations training in any one of the active system in your area.
Join Course 2. complete thorough Airlines GDS/CRS Automated Fares and eTicketing Course in the same system as you had completed course 1 as cited above.
Finally you may opt to directly enroll with IATA for
Course 3, which is named as Advanced GDS Fares and Ticketing Course and give IATA UFTAA Examination in your resident country.
