Much as managers are faced daily with problems from colleagues, it must not take them away from their core duty of ensuring meeting production targets.
This hour long session, intends to bring forth human related problems at workplace and using proven scientific approaches to managers resolve differences so as to meet and exceed production targets.
This session is a follow up to an earlier topic: Conflict Management at workplace.
