About the Class

Conflict is a daily and an inevitable phenomenon, however, with systematic approaches one could control the adverse effects. Although conflicts are unpleasant, its control and re-channelling of energies to productive venture at work place is most important. This hour long session would explore both individual and group conflict ameliorating techniques to improve relationships at work and increase productivity. Practical approaches would be employed based on theoretical, individual and group experience.
