This session will provide you an in depth introduction to project management. You will learn about project management triangle (old and new) You will also learn how to meet project goals and targets while managing competing constraints like scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, cost etc.
We will also discuss about PMI and PMP credential and how you can create a road map for your PMP certification.
