Tell a Better Christmas Story: A Nativity Storytelling Workshop Public Class

About the Class

As we head in to the Christmas season, are you prepared to tell the Christmas story? Can you visualize and describe every scene with vivid detail so that you completely ignite the imagination of your listener?

If your storytelling skills need some exercise, consider dropping in for a fun and interactive hour of instruction with professional children’s storyteller Laura Thomas—a.k.a. Agent Story—that will help make your stories more memorable and engaging.

During the workshop we will learn and practice telling the story of the birth of Jesus from Luke 2:1-20. Be prepared to participate and to bring your burning questions about storytelling.

This workshop is open to anyone regardless of their storytelling skills. The main prerequisite is a desire to bring the gospel to life through story (one-on-one or for a restless gang of preschoolers!).

This workshop will draw from Laura’s Seven Secrets of Spontaneous Storytelling workshop, but go deeper as we explore, develop and practice telling a single story.
