I am widely read on the subject of Theology and have been involved in teaching ‘Bible Interpretation’ and Theology, for the United Pentecostal Church of Great Britain and Ireland. In 2000, I published a book in four volumes entitled: A study of the Apocalypse of St John….’in which I presented the theory that the Apocalypse was chiefly paralleled on the Close of the Christ Event tradition, in order to counter the emerging threats to the first century Gospel message and Church from the pre-proto Gnostic heresy of Docetism, Jewish hostility and Imperial Roman persecution.
I have now just published a much simplified electronic version of my first book as an e book entitled, ‘The Apocalypse of St John and the Close of the Christ Event’, available to all interested parties on my website: www.nplattacademic.com
Due to my interest in the interpretation of the Apocalypse of St John and end time prophecy I have been particularly struck by the prevalence of poor quality interpretation and lack of understanding among Christians in this area.
