TOGAF is a standard framework for enterprise architecture (EA), developed and maintained by the open group. The Open Group is a vendor- and technology-neutral consortium, whose vision of Boundaryless Information Flow™ enables access to integrated information within and between enterprises based on open standards and global interoperability. The open group has more than 300 members, world wide, from end user, product vendors, service Company, consultant and IT analysis community. TOGAF Version 9 Enterprise Edition ("TOGAF 9" for short) is a detailed method and set of supporting resources for developing an Enterprise Architecture. developed and endorsed by the membership of The Open Group's Architecture Forum, TOGAF 9 represents an industry consensus framework and method for Enterprise Architecture that is available for use internally by any organization around the world - members and non-members of The Open Group alike - subject to license conditions. The open group conducts tcertification exams – TOGAF9 foundation and TOGAF9 Level 2. TOGAF9 certification for EA is highly respected in the industry and provides better employment opportunity to certification holders. This course session covers enterprise architecture as defined by TOGAF9.

Syed Naqvi has more than twenty years of experience in the field of Engineering, project Management and software developments. He has worked for companies like ABB, Siemens information Systems, BEA systems (Now oracles), Misys, ABB in roles like Development Manager, Principle Architect and Technical Program Manager. During his career he has worked on several large ERP and SOA projects. In last few years he has mainly worked on BPM, BPMN, BPEL, SOA, Web Services and ESB. Currently he is working as Director of (Technology and training) for SOA-Matrix.
Syed has been conducting training and presentation on various technical topics through out his career.
