About the Class

What are these Nouns-Verbs combinations?
Understanding Verbs and Nouns is almost the first step in learning English Spoken as well as Written. Most of the theoretical inputs like the types and uses of Verbs and Nouns are taught to us by our teachers in school.
Over the years, while interacting with others, listening to News, watching various channels or reading News and texts; we often realize that words have different forms which are used differently in sentences to give varied meanings. For instance,
- Mumbai is a nice place.
The word place is generally considered a Noun.

Still, it can be modified to be used as a Verb:
- She has placed her trust in you.

Also, The Verb Resemble becomes the Noun Resemblance:
For instance,
- He resembles his brother a lot.
- He bears a close resemblance to his brother.
In the second sentence, the word bears is the Verb and resemblance the Noun and this sentence seems an improved version of the first one.
It''s also assumed that the word "bear" would surely be added to the word "resemblance" to show how "close" or how similar the two brothers look.

But, where and when has this been taught to us. Any English faculty would tell you this comes with practice because the books or the net do not contain this list of Perfect Combinations.

In this session on Perfect Combinations of Nouns and Verbs, the faculty would cover 100 such Nouns and Verbs that are often used together.

Stress would be laid on understanding their usage because it really adds immense value to our speech as well as written text.
