Managing Performance Excellence (4) Part Module Series
Looking for something different and new that will help you manage performance excellence in self or others? It is here and ready for you. This training explores stages of situational leadership, uses a performance improvement process, follows a road map, and employees simple statistical tools to assist in measuring and managing performance excellence in the work place. This process works for individuals and teams alike.
Training materials include visual roadmaps for managing performance excellence, follows a success change formula, and uses organizational strategy for deployment of desired business result objectives.
Also included is a five (5) exercise to assist you in assessing your outlook and future path of your business or job function as the case may be.
