About the Class

This presentation focuses on describing the DMAIC phases and sub steps of a six sigma project execution. No matter if you are new or a seasoned vet of the six sigma methodologies, this training will provide you with an excellent generic roadmap of which to follow during your project executions. Support materials include a 9 page Voice of Customer document to be used to capture raw data and translate into requirements your project team can use in determining the "how" of meeting customer''s expectations. Also included is a document, "Thirty Questions", designed to be used as a pre project charter tool to assist the team with providing accurate and detailed information regarding your project and deliverables. A color DMAIC Phase roadmap with basic sub steps and typical tollgate review questions to consider as you prepare for these critical reviews are also included. Take credit for training you acquire. I will send you a “Certificate of Completion" you can use for your personnel training records and display as desired. Come prepared to take notes. Considering the time for training, this will be heavy on lecture and light on questions. If we move too fast or do not answer your question(s), you can email me and I will provide a proper response. This training is a very good investment value for both your time and money spent.
