A fresh approach to six sigma introduction with explanations and fun easy to follow examples. We will explore methods, principles, and implementation. We will learn that the tools and techniques of process improvements are vitally important. However, if these are not supported by an underlying business strategy and the continuous development of people, the improvement gains expected will likely not mature.
