In the modern workplace, working effectively in teams is key to accomplishing tasks and goals. What many people do not understand is how groups and teams form and develop. This lack of knowledge and perspective often leads to frustration with team performance. Closing this knowledge gap is key to understanding how to effectively support effective team performance.

This one-hour class will introduce students to the cycles and stages of development and provide some tips and techniques for working effectively in teams.
