In the modern workplace, working effectively in teams is key to accomplishing tasks and goals. What many people do not understand is how groups and teams form and develop. This lack of knowledge and perspective often leads to frustration with team performance. Closing this knowledge gap is key to understanding how to effectively support effective team performance.
This one-hour class will introduce students to the cycles and stages of development and provide some tips and techniques for working effectively in teams.
This is a perfect follow-up to “Basics of Team Building”

Mr. Cleary is an Expert at executive and management coaching, team building, helping others develop and improve interpersonal communication skills, performance management, human resource management, training and development and Delivering education as a corporate trainer.
He has over 13 years experience working with managers at all levels improve their skills and abilities in managing people. His eduction includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, a Master of Science in Adult Education and an MBTI Master Practitioner.
He has been a licensed Mobius Model Instrument user since 2005.
