About the Class
The aim of this session is to distinguish between Strategic Thinking, Strategic Decision Making and Strategic Planning, and then to proceed with a short discussion about the changing role of strategic thinking in the organizational decision making environment. The focus is not to give practical guidelines, but rather to discuss the meaning of strategic thinking and what to focus on when thinking strategically.
