About the Class

The webinar “Eating Out Right & Super Foods for Life” will show you how to eat right when dining out. You’ll learn how to identify the hidden calories and fat lurking in restaurant meals and may be surprised by what dishes may be the healthiest. You’ll also learn about the health benefits of certain foods, such as lemons, which provide anticancer fighting properties – and cabbage, which may help fight off viruses. Recognize the importance of introducing a variety of health-enhancing foods to minimize your genetic risk factors and optimize their personal biochemistry.

Objectives:

  • Understand the complexities in identifying healthier options at restaurants
  • Learn about a new resource that supports your efforts to make healthier choices at restaurants
  • Know how to advocate for healthier choices at your favorite restaurants
