About the Class

Each of us recognize behaviors in others that we understand and appreciate as well as the behaviors we find annoying. There are many models available to help develop some context and understanding for personality types. This class will introduce you to the background and basic theory of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). The MBTI is used millions of times each year to help people gain a greater understanding of themselves which results in better self management. During this session you will gain an understanding of the roots of this tool, what the tool helps us understand, common applications and uses of the tool today and the process for completing the official assessment for yourself.
