About the Class

This lecture aims to provide a clear vision to independent language instructors on how to start a personal business online. Technology has transformed the way we approach teaching and learning. Never before did language instructors worldwide have such a good opportunity to become prosperous entrepreneurs. The global circumstances make it ideal for us to start a new venture. Acquiring a second language has become a growing commonplace skill for people all over the world. The new global paradigm is driving us to integrate ourselves to other cultures and world perspectives. The learning of a second language is the first step to move into the understanding of diverse world views. No matter if it is for business, education or pleasure, learning a second language is both attractive and possible for many nowadays.

This first session will provide independent instructors with answers to the following questions:

• • How can I move from independent language instruction to the leading of a language instruction company?
• • What are the first steps to create my personal language program?
• • What tools are available for me to strengthen my activity?
• • How feasible is it for me to start a formal company?

Who may attend? Language instructors willing to enhance their professional activity or explore the possibility to become entrepreneurs.
Who may not attend? Instructors who are already comfortable with their current situation and those who are not willing to take risks.
This lecture is the first one of a series of 2 lectures and the fee being charged would get you registered for the first class in the series.
