Easy relaxation technique which can be learnt within 30 minutes for mental physical relaxation. The savasana is the relaxation pose anyone can do it as it is to be done in lying position on the floor without any effort. If we combine awareness of all the body organs, focusing on all our organs, expressing gratefulness for our body which is working for us 24 hours a day 365 days and a few simple deep breathing, we can reap immense physical mental and intellectual harvest. It can be done daily if you have 5 minutes to spare.
