About the Class

Around 1720 BC, Egypt was invaded by people called The Hyksos. They had horses and chariots and easily defeated the Egyptian soldiers who fought on foot. The Egyptians gradually learned how to use chariots and drove the Hyksos out of Egypt. Then they began to build up a large empire. In the class we will learn the rise of Egyptian Empire, their belief in temple and gods and life at home.
