Dear Jacobus, Thank you for taking the initiative in conducting a survey on WiZiQ. I would like to point out that I was able to add multiple answers to all the boxed items. This included questions 14 to the end of the survey. Sorry for your hard work, but this makes the study invalid. In addition, some of the questions are not clear. I would love to help you with a revised survey if you like.
