Nellie Deutsch is a Canadian high school English teacher (EFL/ESL) and a doctoral student of educational leadership specializing in curriculum and instruction at the University of Phoenix online. Nellie is researching instructor use of web 2.0 tools in blended learning environments in higher education. In her free time, she helps educators become aware of the value of integrating web 2.0 tools for instruction and learning.
