Join us in a short, relaxing, uplifting group meditation.
We''ll start with a guided breathing exercise to help you relax and focus.
That will transition into observer breathing where you surrender control of the breath and become the witness. This helps you step out of the ego (false) self and function at a higher level in the meditation as well as life in general.
Then we''ll do an observer meditation to further relax, let go of the false self even more, and calm the mind.
We''ll conclude with an Infinite Love Meditation where you open up to the Infinite Love that is always present.
You will feel wonderful and carry this wonderful feeling with you after the meditation. Continued practice of these meditations help you raise your level of consciousness and empower you to experience the true joy in life.
As you probably know, meditating in a group is more beneficial than meditating alone. Studies show that group meditation reduces crime.
