Hi Nellie, I'm part of Doris's class. I'm sorry we missed last Firday's session, we had some technical difficulties. I was checking out your slides and I completely agree with your appreciation of Moodle which we've been using at our university. I personally find it not as flexible as I would like; I think a key factor in selecting a platform is choosing one that allows compatibility with other websites; this will promote interaction and make it easier for students to adapt and integrate. I think Moodle is probaby not opened and flexible enough in that regard. Besides compatibility and integration, I think online courses should allow students to express themselves in ways other than just posting assignments; things like creation of profiles and posting of relevant materials by students will encourage their participation beyond completing required tasks. My two cents. Anyways, I look forward to our next session; I hope everybody's having a great week.
