We often use the word distance,speed etc in our daily life. We casually say that we covered so much distance by vehicle or by walk and so onn.Have you ever wondered what it means to cover that distance ?What this concept of distance s all about ?How vehicles accelerate ?How do objects that go up , come down?How do you prove that if you cross a room you will eventually touch the opposite wall?what are the infintesimals -- numbers which are zero distance from zero??!!!
Are these mysteries?No.Calculus answers all these questions.In this session we unravel all these mysteries which are so casual in the daily life but understanding them is not simple without this gift from sir isaac newton , leibnitz and the likes.We also make a brief stop here and there to take a peep into the XII std CBSE books regarding the derivatives and integrands.
