The servers that I Monitor and Troubleshoot are SBS Servers 2003, Standard Servers 2003 and Exchange Server 2003, like Checking of event logs, Memory Status, AD Status , taking care of AD i-e User creation and their maintenances, creation of Mail Boxes. Troubleshooting of OWA, MS Outlook, and Network Printers etc. Taking care of Client OS like Windows 2000 Professional XP Professional and Vista.

Taking care of problems related to connectivity issues, Lotus Notes client issues, Network printer issues, OS issues, etc.
Configuration of new user accounts in AD, lotus notes client Installations and configuration.
Taking care of Daily backups and Complete Backup at week ends. Antivirus installation and checking daily updates (Definition files) of all clients.
