I’m a Learning Professional with excellent training, facilitation and lecturing skills. I have carried out skills audit studies, developed training needs assessments (TNAs) and capacity needs assessments (CNAs) tools, human capital development strategies, designed generic and tailor-made courses.
When all is said and done, I'm an administrative services manager with great supervisory skills and a talent for building formidable teams, anticipating challenges and solving them. I have designed and implemented a number of capacity building projects, driving them from infancy through success to significance.
