Al-Wasatiyyah is a online Institute for Women which was established with the aim of teaching non Arabic speaking women whether they are residing in the West or in Islamic countries) the correct recitation of the Noble Quran according to the way it was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad –Peace be upon Him- as well as aiding them in memorising the Quran.

The institution provides full-time and part-time courses in Quran recitation and memorisation and courses in
the classical Arabic Language for non Arabic speakers. The institute opens the opportunity for female students
to learn these sciences from qualified teachers from Islamic countries and across the globe without having to
travel, just from a click of a button by using the most advanced online teaching technology, integrated into a
web based education system. And by this we open by the aid of our Lord who had taught man what he knew not, a path for women to learn this knowledge from the comfort of their home and providing for them flexibility to manage between their daily responsibilities and seeking beneficial knowledge.

At the end of the Quran course the Institute issues authentic certificates (Ijaazah) in the mode of recitation the
student completed memorising the Quran in. This authentic chain of narration is widely recognised by the people of Islamic Knowledge and it is what ensured that the Quran reached to us without one word being changed. It is a record of the unbroken chain of the names of the esteemed people who transmitted the
Quran from one to another, and which can be traced back person to person until it reaches the companions and then upon the Prophet -Peace be upon Him- who learnt it from the noble Angel Jibreel and then finally from the Lord of the Heavens and Earth, Allaah.

Al-Wasatiyyah Institute also has a specific department which offers its specialist training and support for those
students, who after graduating from the Quran or Arabic departments intend to progress on to teaching these
subjects.

The Institute also is opening an online school for girls between the ages of 7 and 15; providing for them courses in
the recitation and memorisation of the Noble Quran and also courses in the Classical Arabic language.

Al-Wasatiyyah is the only online Institute in the world that specialises in the teaching of the recitation
of the Noble Quran to non Arabic Speakers as well as providing teachers training in the subject of
Quran and Arabic in European countries and across the world via the internet.

Al-Wasatiyyah Institute is also the only Women’s Institute in the world which focuses on teaching Muslim women residing in the west.
