About Margaret Gomes

I am a certified raw food chef and instructor, graduate from Living Light Culinary Institute in Fort Bragg, California. I was introduced to raw foods after a serious illness 2 years ago left me almost incapacitated and in a wheelchair. Raw food gave me back my health and life, and now I share my experience with others so that I may help them improve their life and diet.
