About
Lyman Montgomery
As a child, Lyman A. Montgomery had a number physical and emotional issues to deal with: atria ventricular arhythmia, wore corrective shoes, severe speech impediment; sexually abused by his sixth grade teacher for three years, nearly drowned, grandmother committed suicide, and grandfather was killed by underage drunk driver; all this happened before the age of fourteen. As a student, he was bullied and beaten daily during recess or after school.
Despite his personal setbacks and adversities, he applied some specific techniques to his life and within a few weeks saw a dramatic positive change in his personal life. Today, he is a well sought-after conference speaker, workshop facilitator and Success Coach to individuals around the country struggling with the transitions of life and work. As an Human Resources professional, he is an expert in the areas of:

•Labor negotiation
•Employment Performance Assessments
•Organizational and Leadership Developement
