My mission is to facilitate effectiveness of organizational performance by enhancing all aspects of internal and external communications and to enable individuals to advance their careers, project a stronger professional image, undertake key speaking and writing projects as well as network effortlessly. My strategy is to fine-tune client’s communication skills by combining English language training with business communication coaching and cultural competency development.

My clientele varies from MBA Students and job seekers competing in the global marketplace to entry-level employees, managers and highest-ranking executives leading internationally diverse companies across Europe.

My coaching experience began in 2008 and leans heavily on knowledge and hands-on experience gained as a manager, producer, editor and trainer for American companies such as: Spike Digital Entertainment, a Viacom’s media network; The American Cinematheque, an independent, non-profit cultural organization in Hollywood, California; and Moviola Education Center, a professional training institution for film and video editors, effects artists and graphic designers.

Defined and maintained the character of the Short Films and Animation Channels by acquiring and editing all aspects of featured content; collaborated with company CEO, Marketing and Sales Department and other Editorial Departments on meeting online broadcast needs; delivered syndication products to third-party websites and mobile portals e.g. Verizon, Helio, RealTV, MobiTv.; promoted channels in the community of animation and short films enthusiasts.
