Find Learners and Students who need Help in what you Teach

WiZiQ helps you find students - who need help in what you teach - over the Internet and provides you with the necessary tools to teach and earn. The following visual shows how students post their learning requests (LR) and how you can then contact the student.

Learners who need help in a specific area give us their contact information. One of our education consultants calls them and gets the details of their needs. This request is then posted in the 'Learning Request Area' of WiZiQ.
Check out recently posted Learning Requests here.

You can look at the full details of these requests [exact learning need, location, language of choice, budget etc.] except for, learner's contact information. You can do so by clicking on "View Contact Details". When you do so, we also send an alert to the learner with your contact information so that the learner can call or e-mail you directly.

You can now finalize the schedule and fees for teaching. You might want to show the learner your credentials (your WiZiQ teaching profile) or offer a free lesson (could be your next upcoming public class).

Frequently Asked Questions

How does a learning request get posted?
Thousands of learners from across the world visit WiZiQ.com daily. They need help like personalized tutoring, self help material and question papers. These requests are captured on WiZiQ.com and sent to our Educational Consultants to process.

Are these learning requests genuine?
We gather varied information about a learning request - including verified contact details and exact learning needs. The requests are not posted unless an Educational Consultant has interacted with the learner personally by phone/ email. Hence, the learning requests are highly qualified and your chance of converting these to paying customers is very good.

How can I start contacting the learners who have left a learning request?
You can go to http://www.wiziq.com/learning-requests/ and find out the learner you want to contact. You need to be a premium member to contact these learners. You can upgrade to premium membership here.

Which learners should I contact?
We allow teachers to view the details of the learning request [location, exact learning need, first language of the learner, is the email and phone verified or not, etc.] before the teachers accept a learning request. This helps you decide if you want to contact this learner or not.

What happens when I click on "View Contact Details"?
When you select to View Contact Details, Learners Contact Information is made visible to you. An automated email/ SMS is also sent to the learner with your contact details. More than likely, the learner will contact you by email or phone. We suggest that you do not wait and personally contact the learner and work out details like budget, schedule etc.

How many other teachers/ ESPs can View Contact Details?
In most cases, up to 03 teachers can view the contact details of the learner who left behind a learning request. However, more or less teachers can be allowed to contact the learner depending on learners preference and past record in conversion of requests for particular subjects or countries.

What are the chances that the learner will learn from me?
The learners look for education and experience, demo of past classes or upcoming free class to attend, price and schedule for learning online. Your activity on WiZiQ [have you updated your profile recently], public class recordings, upcoming classes, public tests, public content, prices and language of instruction], helps learners make a decision about learning from you.

How much does it cost to contact the learner?
All premium members, can contact up to 10 learners who have left behind a learning request. Premium members do not pay anything extra to contact these learners. Once you have exhausted this limit and want to contact more learners, there are packages available to contact 05 [or 10, 20, 50] additional contacts. Roughly, each additional contact after the first 10 learners, costs you $2 per contact.

Do I have to keep coming back to WiZiQ to check new requests?
You can subscribe to receive email alerts on topics of your choice. When a new learning request matching your preference is posted, you will be notified immediately by email.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality of learning requests?
We continuously monitor the feedback from teachers and organizations on all the learning requests. If you are not happy with more than 03 leads you contacted, please do write to us at support@wiziq.com. We will definitely have someone call you to discuss this further. We also advise you to buy only a few credits to get started. This would let you test the system. If you are not satisfied, you have an option to not buy more credits.
