About Magistra Beth

I am a high school Latin teacher for a private school in NC and have been teaching Latin for twelve years. I love the subject. My goal is to help you experience how fascinating it is!

This school year (2011-2012) I am offering a new sort of online Latin I. It consists primarily of pre-recorded sessions; this way you can fit it into your schedule whenever it is convenient.

Each summer I also teach "Mom's Latin Classes"--in person and online. We have lots of fun!

I really like Beth. I have had her before. Her class does move along quickly if you haven't had Latin or any foreign language training before, but it is great for those who are willing to put in the time or are reviewing. She is very friendly and approachable and is willing to give whatever help she can when asked.
