About Ann McFadden

I formerly worked for Wells Fargo Home Loans as a Loss Mitigation Representative. I spoke with clients in regards to budgeting, bankruptcy, foreclosure and mortgage questions. Prior to working at Wells Fargo, I worked for a midsized construction law firm as a litigation paralegal. I monitored, managed and updated client databases, provided support to attorneys and executed legal research. Earlier in my career, I worked several years in real estate, both in legal and as a REO settlement processor. I have prepared and reviewed thousands of HUD-1 Settlement Statements and Deeds, managed portfolios on loan packages and coordinated settlements for both commercial and residential transactions. This career path as allowed me to handle all aspects of Real Estate pre and post processing duties, including disbursement of loan packages which has exposed me to all that is important in the process of attaining a loan and maintaining good credit. All the above experience prompted me to start teaching our youth as well as any adults who feel they need to be strengthened in the handling of their personal finances.
