Tratamiento Quimico para el control de Corrosion en el Sistema de Generacion de Vapor

El presente trabajo estuvo dirigido al estudio de los principales tipos de fallas que se encontraron en el sistema de generaci?n de vapor de Petroregional del Lago. Fueron analizadas las causadas por sobrecalentamiento (espec?ficamente por larga duraci?n, debido principalmente a las incrustaciones), corrosi?n y erosi?n, mostrando en cada caso evidencias fotogr?ficas de las mismas. Dentro de las originadas por corrosi?n y erosi?n se estudi? la composici?n del agua de alimentaci?n a las calderas y del condensado de retorno al sistema. Se realiz? un an?lisis sobre los posibles mecanismos de corrosi?n que contribuyeron a la degradaci?n y fatiga de los materiales met?licos que forman parte de las calderas y las l?neas de retorno de condensado, encontr?ndose que los mismos fueron la corrosi?n uniforme generalizada, la precipitaci?n de inorg?nicos tales como el carbonato de calcio y el sulfato de calcio y la erosi?n-corrosi?n causada por el alto contenido de s?lidos disueltos purga deficiente y una baja calidad del agua de alimentaci?n. Por ?ltimo se evalu? el programa de tratamiento qu?mico utilizado actualmente para el control de la corrosi?n en dicho sistema encontr?ndose que el mismo fue dise?ado para el tratamiento del condensado y condiciones ?ptimas del agua de alimentaci?n. En cada caso, se analizaron las caracter?sticas de los tipos de fallas, la forma como se produce y c?mo prevenirlas. Esto a trav?s de un dise?o de investigaci?n descriptiva de campo, basada en la observaci?n directa y utilizando t?cnicas de recolecci?n y an?lisis de datos cualitativas y cuantitativas.
