Jesus Moreno currently operates his own management consulting practice for clients in the US and some Latin American countries. He worked as management and outplacement consultant for two of the most important consulting companies in Venezuela, serving several local companies and the top multinationals corporations.

He also worked as the Executive Director and Director of Operations of the Hispanic Committee of Virginia, in Falls Church, Virginia. He leaded a major financial and operational restructuration that improved organizational effectiveness at all levels. Prior to that position, he worked as the Housing Coordinator and Hispanic Entrepreneurial Program Coordinator at the same organization.

In his native Country Venezuela, He worked for Drake Bean Morin, a multinational company in the area of outplacement services. He also worked for local banks and his family manufacturing business.

Jesus Holds an MBA from George Washington University and a B.A in Law from Universidad Catholic in Caracas.

Jesus is a strong advocate on mobilizing people assets in order for them to design their own development and improve the well being of the whole community. Jesus believes in the power of organized citizens to build a new people centered society, where there are opportunities for all and all citizens are involved in their own and their community progress.
