About Jeffrey J Toner

Jeff has been teaching insurance professionals since 1996. A US Navy veteran and a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University, he was listed in Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and is a member of the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society. Jeff began his insurance career as an Ordinary Agent with The Prudential in 1984. He started his first Independent Agency in 1988 and has had ownership interest in a number of successful agencies since then, including an Exclusive Allstate Agency.
