Chrome version may result in audio/video issues.
The version of your Chrome browser may seriously impair audio/video quality in the
WizIQ Virtual Classroom. This may result in lag or disturbance in audio/video streaming
of live classes. This issue occurs in Chrome version 21 or above on window operating
system and Chrome version 23 or above on Mac.

Testing internet speed
Test the availability & compatibility of Java plugin version required to share
your screen in the Virtual Classroom.
Important: Java plugin is required only if you are a presenter.
Attendees and viewers do not need to install Java plugin.
For sharing screen, you require Java version 1.5 or later.

* If you do not have NPAPI type of Shockwave Flash plugin, then download the latest version of the Flash Player from Adobe. On the download
page, you may see a message: Adobe Flash Player is built-in but has been disabled.
Ignore this message and uncheck the “Yes, install McAfee Security Scan Plus – optional”
option before downloading the Flash Player.
