Hi Lovely Friends. I m presently a Research Doctorate Fellow and Visiting Scientist in Hanyang University. My research interests include Proteomics in cancer Biology and i perform Gene Cloning, Protein Expression,Protein Purification, Protein Crystallization and then Protein model building with help of Insilico Software mostly commercially available and another part of protemics study i work on Clinical samples of cancerous patients and i use to extract proteome and then Analyse it with the help of Mass spectroscopy and then Search for the Peptide sequence and perform Proteogenomics approach to find the SNPs and RDDs sequence in mRNA and DNA of corresponding peptide sequence.
